Techflow7 is an AI receptionist for dental practices that covers the calls you miss and reaches patients who are due. Add a website and appointment-request flow, or use the receptionist on its own.
When the office is closed, at lunch, or the line is busy, the AI receptionist can answer, continue by SMS if a call drops, and take a request from your website — using answers your practice has approved.
Voice
After hours, overflow, lunch, and emergencies. It can answer approved questions, capture the caller’s details, and route the call to staff when a person is needed.
Your rules
SMS
If a call rings out or drops, a text can pick up the conversation so the patient is not left on voicemail.
Your rules
Website
Patients can send an appointment request from any page. Same practice information as voice: hours, location, and services you approve.
Your rules
There is no live voice demo on this page. To hear how call handling would work for your practice, book a demo.
02 · Outbound · you reach patients
Recalls, confirmations, and follow-up — on your wording.
The receptionist can also call and text patients, using scripts your practice approves. Your team still handles anything that needs a person.

Website and appointment requests
A site patients can use — and a request your team can trust.
We design modern dental websites that work on phones, explain treatment in plain language, and make the next step obvious. Patients can send a request any time. Your team confirms the appointment.
Mobile-friendly design
Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops, with text and buttons that are easy to read and tap.
Clear treatment information
Plain-language pages for the services your practice offers.
Appointment requests
Name, contact details, preferred time, and a general reason for the visit — then your front desk confirms.
Patient finds your website
On a phone, tablet, or computer, they can see your services, hours, and contact details.
Patient sends a request
A short form asks for their name, contact details, preferred time, and a general reason for the visit.
Your team follows up
Your front desk receives the request and contacts the patient.
A time is confirmed
The appointment is confirmed once your team and the patient agree on a time.
A request is not a confirmed appointment
Patients are told exactly what happens next. Nothing is booked until your team confirms a time.
Why practices use Techflow7
Help the front desk — without adding headcount.
Voicemail takes a message. A basic answering service takes a message. Techflow7 is set up to take the next step your practice approves: capture the inquiry, send a request, remind a patient, or route the call to staff.

Request an appointment
Tell us a little about you and when you would like to visit. This is a request, so our team will contact you to confirm a time.
Request received
Thank you. We have received your appointment request.
This is not a confirmed appointment yet.
The practice’s front desk reviews your request.
They contact you by phone or email to confirm a time that works.
Your appointment is confirmed only once you have heard back from the practice.

What is the difference between inbound and outbound?
Inbound is when patients reach you: missed calls, after hours, overflow, SMS if a call drops, and website requests. Outbound is when your practice reaches patients: recalls, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up. You can use one or both.
What is the difference between an appointment request and an appointment?
A request tells your practice when the patient would like to come in. It becomes an appointment only after your team confirms a time with the patient. We call it a request on purpose, so patients know what to expect.
Does the AI receptionist replace my front desk team?
No. It covers what the team cannot always pick up: lunch, after hours, overflow, and routine follow-up. Your staff still confirm times and handle calls that need a person.
Do I need a new phone system?
No. Keep your existing number and carrier. On the demo we talk through a simple forwarding setup for the calls you want the receptionist to take.
Will it work with the software we already use?
That depends on your setup. On the demo we talk through how the receptionist and request flow can fit with the practice software you already use. Website appointment requests still need your team to confirm a time.
What can the AI receptionist say to callers?
Only answers your practice has approved, for example about office hours, location, or the services you offer. For anything else, it can capture the caller’s details and reason for calling, or route the call to your staff.
Can I hear the AI receptionist?
There is no live voice demo on this page. Book a demo and we will talk you through how it would handle calls for your practice.
What about patient privacy and HIPAA?
We do not make HIPAA compliance claims on this page. The sample request form only asks for basic contact details and a general reason for the visit, and it asks patients not to include medical details. Your practice should confirm its own privacy and regulatory requirements, and we are happy to talk them through during a demo.
How much does it cost?
Standard inbound is $299 a month when billed annually, or $374 a month when billed monthly, per location for up to three providers. Premium inbound is $399 a month billed annually, or $499 a month billed monthly. Annual billing saves 20%. Total hours used for inbound voice and SMS are included. Outbound campaigns and several locations are quoted on the demo.
What happens when I book a demo?
You send us a short email, and we reply to find a time. In the demo, we walk through a sample dental website and appointment-request flow, and talk about how the AI receptionist could handle your practice’s calls.
